I m so glad I found this company I ve not hired cleaners before and didn t know who to find I d look at different places and reading reviews was like a rollercoaster ride of amazing and awful experiences which left me not knowing what the heck to do That s not great when the deadline was creeping nearer and nearer I found the End Of Tenancy London cleaners though and was very happy to find that they were simply amazing They arrived on time actually arrived early - we walked past them into the building without realising sorry about that and they went straight to work We left them alone for a couple of hours and when we returned the apartment was sparkling The place looked new and sooo clean One of the bathrooms had a mould problem due to long term neglect and I was stressing about it for a while because it looked impossible to remove However the guy who worked on it managed to clean it right up - it was like a Cinderella transformation They were lovely people the customer service was easy to communicate with and overall I am delighted with the company If I needed somewhere cleaned again or somebody was looking for recommendations they would definitely be on the top of the list Thank you

I used the company two weeks ago for my End of tenancy clean for a two bed four split-level flat Very friendly team of two arrived and I showed them around the flat They gave me an estimate to finish in 4hrs explaining that another member of their team is coming later to clean the carpets Gave them the keys and went on with my day When I returned after 4hrs I checked everything inside cupboards oven fridge bathroom roof terrace the cleaning of the two white sofas windows wardrobes etc Everything was clean no dust to be seen anywhere even on top of the window frames which is actually quite high and not easily reachable They had moved all the furniture around in order to clean the carpets under They advised it will be best to leave it for a few hrs to dry I thought they did a very good job The check-out clerk noted that everything was cleaned to a professional standard and we received our deposits in FULL Looking forward to using this company again if I even need to Keep up this great level of service

Having this company clean my home has been the BEST thing I ve done for myself and my family in a long time I can t express how very relaxed I am after the hard work the 2 ladies put into my home By a long shot this is some of the very best money I ve ever spent
