It s a waste of money What you get is a wiping and not a deep clean It s not at all a end of tenancy clean They left anything that needs a tough clean and cleaned the one that goes in one go if it needs bit more repetitive cleaning then they would just skip it The cleaning liquids they use are from Aldi and Lidl and they expect do an end of tenancy clean with those solutions The customer service is poor and not polite They don t take customer concerns into account They told me they only accept cash and I m still waiting for my receipt I would pay bit more and get a proper company

Not very impressed The professional cleaner was friendly and polite however the job she did left quite a lot to be desired The floors were barely mopped once let alone properly and the skirting boards and corner areas remained full of dust and grime The fridge was dirtily wiped and left with quite a lot of residue and that was all I could see apart from the bathroom which seemed ok that she done All this for 105 seemed like daylight robbery I could have done a far better job myself She didn t see fit to return my change to me either perhaps mistaking it for a tip which is what I would have given had it been due

I would not use again I would not recommend They did a good basic clean but I had to clean for another 5 hours to get it ready for Estate Agents I had explained the situation in email and photos beforehand but the cleaners who arrived didn t follow through I should have just hired some cleaners to work along side me

Cleaning was decent but there were mould stains in the bathroom and some dust left in the lamps over the dining area I had to pay an extra 35gbp to my landlord as she cleaned it herself The answer I got from the cleaning company was to send them an email and they will talk to the cleaner not quite the service you d expect for 170gbp

I have booked my cleaning with this company The confirmation said it would be no time limit and good quality however it turned to be words only Cleaners arrived on time and I left them in the property to clean on my arrival I started checking all areas and NONE of them was cleaned properly The more bits I showed the ruder they became they only aimed to get the money and leave I hate situations like this and just left them go as I just could not bear the complaining about that they got paid for 3 hours only and that was not possible to clean my flat within this time The property was cleaned on weekly basis and had deep clean once a month I asked them why did not them tell me this in the first 5 mins after they checked the property and instead of an answer of anything I heard that they needed to go to a different cleaning for the 101 time That was the cleaner not me who decided that my cleaning was finished This was appalling and completely different to what you read on your confirmation I stayed in the property myself for additional 3 hours The top of the microwave was left with grease and smear all around upper tray and bottom tray in oven - greasy and sides with cleaning products all cupboard panels were not even touched and I had to do it again myself kettle was not descaled even though I left the product for it toaster tray was not even touched again it was left to me Chrome parts of furniture - left with no attention claiming it was not possible to clean that until I proved them wrong taps - left with limescales mirrors - with significant smear signs Vacuuming was done properly bathroom and shower cleaned windows - fine fridge - great I would say go for a slightly expensive but better cleaning company who would pay attention to details more as at the end it is part of the deposit you will end up paying UPD I have been contacted by the company and a good will was provided for the services I have now updated my review from 2 to 4 Unfortunately I did not have neither time nor willingness to ask for re-doing and I cannot say the second visit would have been the same But I would like to mention that the company is reputable one and do care of the service they provide It is always some room for improvement however all in all with the customer service step it my experience has changed a lot

Cleaner was very professional and helpful Very friendly Only a couple of spots were left uncleaned and I had to point out Had to come back after to check it was clean and was some stains off from the wall Couch was not openned to clean in between and had to also point it out Could be better

Amazing customers service I reached them through email and they replied so quickly We arranged an end of tenancy cleaning for the next day There was even a miscommunication on my part but Marie was very accommodating and patient with me Thank you Many thanks to the cleaning staff Ani and Tanita as well they were super nice and lovely and finished in 2 hours it was a 2bedroom 2bathroom flat One small thing they forgot their drink in one of the bedrooms and it really wouldn t have been a problem if it wasn t left on an uncovered mattress it stained a little I understand it is an honest mistake and can happen to the best of us but please be careful with that the next time since most of us are renting and our deposits can suffer as a result But yeah other than that very happy with the service Thanks again

Reliable company booking process was very straight forward and the cleaner arrived ahead of time The cleaning was good although some things could ve been double checked e g exhaust fan but not a big problem The office called me before the cleaner left to check if I was happy with the experience and if there was anything they could do - great customer service

It was easy to book very flexible company nice staff turn up on time and did the job I can recommend them

Couldn t be happier The company managed to send a team of two lovely ladies in very short notice that got the job done perfectly Special thanks to Elena and Katy for their outstanding work Would definitely recommend and use your services again
