Do not trust this company They did not turn up and when we called to ask why they said they had booked us in for the wrong day despite us having email confirmation from the company that we were booked in for the day we requested Instead of being helpful the man on the phone shouted at us and was extremely rude Do not book with this company

DO NOT ignore the reviews here they really are that bad Don t be fooled by the professional-looking website Only sent 2 cleaners for the End of Tenancy Clean most companies send 4 or more people The clean was totally inadequate - just a basic domestic clean not end of tenancy standard Our check out report notes numerous areas where the cleaning was inadequate - furniture kitchen worktop and appliances grouting etc The company refused to return to this flat to put this right and we are pursuing further action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Meanwhile we have had to pay more money for further cleaning to the property The service was simply not fit for purpose Like the previous reviewer we will be reporting this company to UK Trading Standards Do not use this company under any circumstances for an End of Tenancy clean The clean will be nowhere near thorough enough and you will end up a lot more out of pocket putting it right You will regret giving them your custom

Unacceptable service from this company NOT END OF TENANCY CLEANING STANDARDS The lady who came did a basic clean and left dirt on the stove and oven in the bathroom I could have done the clean myself It was unprofessional and when i told her there was still dirt she shouted at me I called the main line only to get another person being extremely rude This company should not call themselves a professional cleaning service when that is not what they are They might have got a professional website but this company is a complete fake using basic cleaners that do not meet the standards of an End of Tenancy clean The FB page twitter and all the rest do not even exist

I made a complaint the day after my cleaning as the cleaner sent to me threw out all my food in the fridge even though I had given instructions when he arrived that I wanted the fridge done last so that I could take my food beforehand I arrived back to find he had trashed everything unopened food from the fridge and freezer my ceramic butter dish drinks EVERYTHING When I asked why he had done it after I said not to he gave some rubbish excuse and shrugged at me After sharing this experience with the company and asking for a receipt they didn t bother to reply until a week later I sent another email asking for my receipt They replied with only the receipt and no acknowledgement to my complaint Absolutely shocking

Reported to UK Trading Standards Professional standard means something completely different to what is expected for this company The cleaners did a half-arsed job on our flat - missing entire rooms not bothering to clean the upholstery or carpets despite this being included in the additional cost of the clean We have now been charged again for cleaning services by our estate agent Do not trust a single word this company gives you When trying to call their customer services team they say we do not discuss this matter on the phone send email and then hang up You receive a copy paste email from Marie outlining they won t give a refund and won t provide a re-clean after 48 hours of the initial clean taking place This is their policy they don t notify you of until you make a complaint They have robbed our money for a service not completed Disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves The owners name is Yani Gaydarov and the registered company number is 08390700

Organised a clean the lady came with a shopping trolley charged 120 following the clean I asked for a receipt for the cleaning afterwards She said she would call her office to say the job had been done I confirmed in an email with Marie that she would send a receipt but she never did Now I can t get hold of anyone from the company despite multiple phone calls and emails

Avoid at all costs We selected this cleaner because they had lower prices compared to many similar services within London After the cleaning we received a failing inspection from our landlord We requested a follow up visit after which the landlord said that none of the major issues were still addressed This forced us to book a separate cleaner at our own expense to address the outstanding issues otherwise we would not have received our full deposit Throughout the process the entire team was completely out of contact including those within the office and the cleaners themselves We were unable to reach anyone by phone which made it impossible to schedule a time for the landlord to be present for inspection at the time A sample of the outstanding issues they noted were hallway cupboards dusty within limescale throughout the bathroom debris on the floors dusty mirrors and windows dirty carpets freezer not defrosted with items left inside grease on the hob and vent The inspection report includes photos confirming all of these issues Please spend the extra 20 to get a decent cleaner and avoid the headache

Worst and frustrating experience do not use Booked this company for a checkout clean they left it dirty not even vacuumed with hair and dust everywhere kitchen not properly wiped cobwebs etc I complained the day after i made the mistake of not being present when the cleaners left via email attaching pictures as proof I sent multiple chasers and tried calling multiple times to get a reclean but failed to get any response for 4 days now Please AVOID

I called them for cleaning before moving to my new place Note that the home was empty with no furniture apart for basic kitchen stuff General superficial cleaning floors was ok but - they did not properly clean the oven particularly the grid - rubbish was left under the kitchen furniture- windows frames have not been cleaned although I explicitly asked them The price was excessively high for this low-quality serviceReply to your comment the service was provided on 6th of November not 11th of June

Horrible cleaners with horrible attitudes I hired this company to carry out an end of tenancy deep cleaning I was not 100 moved out yet so I even told them to omit certain areas such as the kitchen cabinets clothes cupboards and one or two drawers Our main areas of concern were the floors oven and toilet things we didn t have the time or resources to deep clean ourselves The first cleaner we got for the 3rd of August came and did the most basic mopping and vacuuming By the time she was ready to leave I could still see stains all over the floors and the grouting of the tiles still had dirt all over them Upon asking her to clean them she would say it is not possible to remove and promptly left later complaining that the flat wasn t empty enough mind you we told her NOT TO CLEAN the areas that weren t empty Later I was able to scratch some of the marks with my bare nails I requested a reclean and another cleaner came the next day huffing and puffing about doing a builders job by having to clean the dirt in the grouting Last time I checked I wasn t asking him to replace the grouting just to WIPE the dirt on top of it I was able to do this with just a wet wipe and I showed him a video mentioning wet wipes tissue or wet cloth I leave him to clean for a few minutes to find that he has SCRUBBED the kitchen floors with a SCOURER and has essentially taken a layer off the ceramic tiles and RUINED THEM What type of cleaning service is this When I gave him appropriate examples how could he sandpaper the floors This is a rented property and the landlord is surely going to take money out of the deposit for this Why should I be responsible for the costs of the cleaners incompetence The cleaner even got angry when I pointed out what he had done This company has caused me so much grief When I mentioned cleaning omissions like white residue over the ceramic hob and marks on the window sill I was told it was impossible to clean but then ended up cleaning them entirely myself What is the purpose of a professional cleaning company that avoids deep cleaning responsibilities and is only good for destroying the property God only knows what I am going to be charged for the destroyed tiles Avoid unless you want a simple mopping and vacuuming
