No customer service very bad quality
Dear Kinder World team I bought on your website a backpack for my daughter Anyway we got the backpack however within less than 2 months two zips got broken already and a third one is just lost from the front I tried to contact the customer service already three times twice in e-mail and once via the website with no luck The broken zip is way to sharp for a 4 year old to go to school with it not to mention that we are not able to use the pocket anymore as it s not possible to close I wonder if these products have any quarantine and how to get in touch with the company Unfortunately I noticed after I placed the order that it s not a Dutch company and will be directly delivered from China

Buyer beware on location quality
Should have read the reviews first It looks like they are based in the Netherlands but they are in China and had I know that I might have looked around some more for a local seller even though all the articles probably do come from China Because of this the items are not real branded items hence priced slightly lower but nowhere does it say this One of the items I got seems OK will find out when I put it together for my daughters birthday The set of figures I got to go with it are pretty flimsy though and more obviously a poor imitation On the plus side I didn t see this specific article anywhere else my 3year old won t care I didn t get charged import fees and the shipping was pretty quick EDITED from 3 to 4 So after this review they contacted me to offer me either some money back and keep the item or return the item and get full refund credit note I decided to return and the process was painless and customer service were very responsive As I said in my review previously there was nothing that wrong per se with what was sent it was solid enough but the image quality was mixed but its not a licensed branded item but a copy If you are happy with that and paying a lower price than for a branded item then the item I received would be good enough especially for younger kids
