Bought enhanto s3xy stalks and commander on 19th December 2024 product was to arrive late feb or early march but didnt arrive till end of March I installed both stalks and commander however quickly realised one stalk was faulty in that it did not return to neutral position I sent 2 videos of the issue and they acknowledged it was abnormal Asked for replacement but told to send back stalk for inspection and possible repair leaving me without a stalk I returned the stalk via tracked post and still await replacement Very poor customer service
