Unbelievably unethical and EXTREMELY unprofessional

I never would have believed that a company that I admired for YEARS would be capable of the rude and unprofessional behavior that I encountered at the Dunn Rd Enterprise car sales in St Louis MO On 12 4 17 my wife and I had intended to purchase a late model car Instead I was verbally assaulted after voicing to the manager my perception and concerns regarding the unethical sales tactics they were utilizing lost keys delaying our exit lowballing our trade-in offer etc After requesting the return of my deposit the salesman became irate and verbally abusive even continuing his behaviour after his manager instructed him to stop The manager made a half hearted apology I escalated this incident to the Enterprise corporate office There was ZERO accountability or any real attempt at service recovery BUYER BEWARE when dealing with ENTERPRISE

Ripped off

Ripped off sold me a car i can t even get registered stole 5 grand from my bank account fraudually and has been horrible experience stuck with a van and payments that i can t even drive because i can t register it

2019 Nissan Rogue Sport

2019 Nissan Rogue Sport After renting this car for a month I purchased it The sales division had her for a week removed a nice set of matching tires replaced them with 2 different sets which were very cheap Now her tires are miss matched With 2 cheap sets Did not fix the ding in the windshield as was brought to their attention prior to going to sales So I had to take a day off to get it replaced Also the vehicle had 28 000 miles on it and has never had any of the filters changed I would not recommend buying a car from Enterprise sales

Very misleading and I was lied to

Very misleading and I was lied to in Greensboro NC Was told my car payments would be a whole 100 cheaper 250 then it was really 360 a month And I asked about it before I left and was told to not worry about it the next day I read through my paper work and saw that the car I was getting for 19 000 was actually 27 000 because of all of these fees and things I wasn t told I returned the car the next day

Turned into an expensive nightmare

When I bought the car I was happy The one I made arrangements to see was sold before my viewing appointment so they found a similar one at another site and brought it in I bought it and thought decent purchase Two months later the car was undrivable because a part of the suspension broke The tech said something big had been hit causing the damage I hadn t hit anything especially something big Enterprise refused to do anything They said there was no way for them to know I hadn t hit anything so they couldn t help I argued that I was telling them I hadn t and if I had I would have gone to my insurance instead of to them so the were calling me a liar He couldn t refute calling me a liar or do anything to help me w the 3700 in repairs to drive the car I purchased the bumper to pumper coverage only to find out that it covers failures and this wasn t in that category Don t trust enterprise used cars U don t know if a prior driver was off roading in the car which I suspect happened w my car or used it properly At least stay away from Waukesha WI sales office

Valdosta Ga Had a rental approve by Contract from Allstate insurance company Enterprise did not have an economic car available so at first refused to upgrade per contract obligation Finally after manager spoke to insurance company and agreed to the Contract I got a car Very unprofessional attitude from front desk clerk s A Contract agreement is what it says HEADACHE FOR SURE

Don t go to Enterprise Car Sales

The car that I purchased in 2113 I do still have it never appeared to have been properly serviced while a rental The air filter was horrific So I doubt they did any of the up keep I really wasn t all that pleased with the salesman After two weeks he kept calling for referrals by then all the stupid issues had been taken care of Because I chose a quality care and take good care of it it does still run

NEVER USE ENTERPRISE

How many times do you have to run somebody s credit to rent a simple economy car My credit was run six times AND is considered a hard hit on my credit Enterprise denies they ever did this even though I ran a credit report and showed them I was told not my problem There are plenty of rental car companies DONT USE Enterprise
