Great experience really grateful for James help

Wanted to leave a review as I was so pleasantly surprised Usually really dread the idea of hiring vehicles as I feel like I m going to be ripped off However in this case James at the Leeds Road branch was amazing I was hiring a van to move my stuff cross country in early sept He picked me up from home and talked me through how the van drove and some tips He didn t pressure me to buy additional cover he talked me through the options and let me decide for myself He gave me lots of time to take photos of the van and check everything over He could tell I was a bit nervous about driving a large van but he gave me loads of reassurance He provided his contact details in case of any problems and was really patient I had an issue while away due to an error I made in a ferry booking but enterprise were super accommodating and reduced my stress a s panic massively I dropped He van back and my deposit was returned really promptly Overall a really great experience and my trust in hire vehicles is restored

I would like to thank Alice the manager at the Enterprise rental located in Brooklyn on Coney Island Avenue The people working there are great professionals I had in touch with the Alice manager in this office She is very attentive to clients showing her professionalism and thorough knowledge of all issues Alisa works extremely well and quickly If I have to use the services of Enterprise again I will go only there Thank you Alice

I needed a car in an emergency I booked and paid online Enterprise Scarborough called me within 5 minutes to confirm booking and offered to collect me from home At end of rental I was driven back home Car was spotless and as expected Staff I felt went above and beyond to make their customers feel valued and welcome

We had a great experience with Carlos in the Orlando airport We told him the Land Rover ran low on radiator fluid so the rest of the gallon was in the trunk He was so polite and gave us a credit off our bill I thought I have lost faith in customer service now a days but this guy proved me wrong Thanks Carlos appreciate the great customer service

Was badly let down Friday night by another rental company and Enterprise Marble Arch had a car available which they provided quickly and with absolutely no fuss Very friendly customer service thank you Michael Osama which created a very welcome stress antidote and the car return on Monday morning was equally easy welcoming All in all an excellent experience

We were driving across country from Louisianna to Tennessee to California We rented a small SUV from Thrifty but decided we needed a vehicle with more space We stopped at Enterprise in Tennessee and had the most wonderful experience with Naffe Toure Naffe greated us with a great big warm and welcoming smile He was such a delight and pleasure to work with and helped us find the best vehicle to transport us during our long journey Enterprise is very lucky to have such an amazing employee with such exceptional customer service Thank you Naffe I hope you are acknowledged
