Very efficient Sajith Pillai dealt with our property purchase We loved that he kept us in the loop throughout the process and did not assume knowledge of legalities so would take the time to explain what to expect at every crucial step He gave us time to process and understand the documents clearing any questions that cropped up He also accurately predicted the estimated time it would take to complete the deal which was incredibly helpful in planning for us Highly recommend

Richard led us through the setting up of a trust via our wills to provide better protection to our children against future life events Wills and trusts are complicated but Richard guided us through the discussions expertly explaining points of law and tax as clearly as possible so that we as laymen could understand We will always return to Richard for further advice as and when it is required He is also a naturally nice person making us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our meetings
