Recently completed on our house in the south of England a very good experience with Eric Robinson solicitors Jo Fleming and team A few issues were dealt with promptly and professionally and with haste given the market uncertainty Many thanks

Really friendly team and a pleasant to

Really friendly team and a pleasure to deal with There s an app which we were excited to follow along with to map our progress which wasn t kept up to date but it s a nice touch if it were to be updated We did have to chase for updates or clarification a fair few times but once we did we usually received great answers and support There were also some unnecessary delays to our buying process due to our ER contact waiting for documents from us that we had sent weeks previously but generally they were so friendly and nice that we are still happy to give 4

Good experience overall

Unfortunately the online portal didn t work - which would have been useful to monitor progress However I have to particularly single out Charlotte Gillett for special praise She was unfailingly prompt with updates and answered all my questions both quickly and knowledgably She was both sympathetic to my stress levels and understood that I needed to be kept up to date at all times Indeed all the staff that I dealt with were courteous and helpful so I would definitely recommend Eric Robinson for conveyencing issues

slow in the beginning excellent otherwise

The solicitor was very slow to respond in the beginning and there was a distinct possibility of losing the sale at one point because of this I received reasons for the slow response After this poor start the solicitor was excellent and responded extremely quickly to any queries and the sale went through without any further glitches I would recommend

Good serviceIt s been a long time since we have needed a conveyancing solicitor so everything is now done online which was very efficient We didn t ever meet our solicitor Sarah but the communication was on the whole prompt and knowledgeable and we completed within 12 weeks It was a cash sale with no chain

I just bought my first home and Angela Payne helped me I could not be happier all around with both the purchase and the service that Angela provided me Her attention to detail saved me in a few instances and her timely professional and accurate handling of my purchase was just fantastic I am over the moon with this commitment and I don t think I could have done it without Angela I highly recommend her for your legal needs and will use her again if when the time comes

To wrap up the family estate after the death of my mother was a daunting prospect Mostly because I live over 100 miles away My parent s wills were lodged with Eric Robinson Sarah handled the sale of our family home It is obvious that they have a good working relationship with the chosen estate agents I was kept informed of proceedings and I was able to be involved more closely with the estate agents Not once did I have to travel to Eric Robinsons or spend hours sorting any issues All was handled in a professional and confident manner Sarah s assistant Megan was always very helpful when I phoned for help Nothing was too much trouble
