This legal practice show abject indifference to receiving new instructions

Not too impressed with this company Have used them on several occasions in the past for property conveyancing and have been satisfied with the service provided More recently I was hoping to instruct them to draft a tenancy agreement On enquiring to the Winchester branch the response was indifferent Can t help you at the moment we re snowed under When asked when a suitable moment would be the response was several months Incredulous

Not a fan of this company at all

Not a fan of this company at all First off I used them for conveyancing purposes and to be fair the work carried out was a set price and it was achieved But as for the criminal and family side of things i have to say I would not recommend them at all I m not going too deep with this review as I could spend ages writing about my poor service attitude and communication I recieved from them After looking at the reviews written on indeed from ex staff members they seem to back up exactly what I think as a customer Choose wisely My experience was actually from 2018 19

Great at billing their time but not good service

We used this company for a dispute After a few months we decided to change company due to their slow response times unclear advice and double billing of time What I mean by double billing is this Some emails came in to them that just needed forwarding on to us They were typically attachments or one line emails We got billed one minimum billable period for them to receive an email and then another for them to hit the forward button 12 minutes billed for 1-2 minutes work Sounds small That s 60 to get an email forwarded and it was their standard practice Shortly after complaining our solicitor completed a load of work against our instructions and billed us for it We disputed the bill and the ombudsman eventually agreed with us that the double billing was not within their T Cs but unfortunately would not intervene on the subjective element of the uninstructed work What would a company do at that point Hang their head in shame at the double billing No Having spent 5K with them to get nowhere they are currently threatening us with court action for the outstanding 1K bill

This review is for Eric Robinson s app Have downloaded app entered password and received email from Eric Robinson saying my account has now been activated Tried to log in with email and password just get a information required banner advising if having trouble logging reset password I then receive email saying my password has been successfully changed Still can t log in after about 15 attempts Thought the app was a great tool save me calling for update But it has just left me frustrated I have posted on here because there is no information concerning support for app

DO NOT USE THESE SOLICITORS

No email or call from solicitor in probate for weeks We disinstructed and found another firm around the corner who were much much better and had everything ready to go in 24 hours DO NOT USE THIS FIRM - you will be waiting ages for any correspondence

Rude unwelcoming extortionate prices

We used their hedge end office for an initial consultation for my mothers probate The staff were rude and unwelcoming They charge extortionate prices for their service which isn t good to start with We ended up going down the road to another firm who were extremely helpful

Appalling - Never again

Appalling - Eviction caseLegal work not up to the level they charge Female lawyer who didn t even turn up to Court Sympathy and professionalism - 2 10 I asked the managers to review her conduct and of course they didn t agree so I paid and left Ended up using someone else Would not use this firm again

i feel like I had been taken advantage off in a vulnerable urgent position and that SLW dragged the process to charge more that was not required Requested 1 hour appointment end up with 1h 18 mins

Have always used Eric Robinson as had my parents Unfortunately this is now no longer the case and I have gone elsewhere
