I have been working with ERS for the past 3 years without any problems The prices are always competitive and they have even managed to supply products that have been discontinued by the manufacturer when I have needed them I wouldn t hesitate in recommending them

Quality labels - delivery not as quick as expected
I was pleased with their websites checkout journey which made it easy for me to go back and forth between the multi-step journey without loosing my previously entered data The checkout also automatically removed the VAT from my order as my delivery and billing address is that of a VAT exempt location Delivery was also all on time and I was well notified of order confirmed dispatch and tracking Only improvement I would suggest is that they re-design their website as although functionality wise I had little issue as far as aesthetics go it s straight out of the 90 s

Excellent service - everything received correctly and in time
I ordered 1000 labels on Weds 2nd March albiet late in the day at 4 58pm Only option was 48hr standard delivery at 7 which I thought a bit steep but fine if they came in that timescale all would be fine Problem is they call you back the next day to ask what company name you want printing on the labels All great but I could have input that at the time of order Didn t get the labels until Monday 7th April at lunchtime but very pleased with the overall service Luckily not in a hurry Would have liked to see a cheaper 2nd class delivery option

We ordered a label printer and supplies online Received a prompt order acknowledgement followed by a shipped notice within 24 hours and received all items correctly supplied and in good order within 48 hours Excellent service - we will definitely use ERS Online again

Ordered well within time for free next day delivery unfortunately this wasn t the case it took 2 days to deliver and then had to drive from Warrington to Luton to get the equipment as I needed it to be delivered on the day stated Apart from the Delivery promise not working all fine

Great service and prompt delivery but needs a bit more
We ordered 50 rolls of labels but the only notification we have received that there would be a shortfall was when we received our delivery It would be handy to know what the lead time will be on the balance of our order Having said that the website was very easy to use and the initial delivery was extremely prompt

Helpful but machine was not configured correctly
Great service and prompt delivery but when the parcel arrived at the main reception there was no name of the person the parcel was meant for only the address therefore the parcel was nearly sent back only by chance I asked the reception whether I had any parcels of which there were none but I happened to see it and asked about the parcel in the return tray The name was on the invoice so why not on the parcel

Very helpful in selecting a package of the right equipment Unfortunately the machine wasn t configured correctly when it arrived and the thermal printer was not recognised as there was no driver installed for it ERS support did not know how to fix this and I had to call the printer vendor who installed the required driver and configured the printer for me

Cannot fault them for great customer
Good only thing I had selected next day delivery which was offered free due to amount I spent I think however it took 2 days to arrive I had even called them to check and was told next day I have ordered another one for next day but have had to pay this time I received and email the same day to say it had been dispatched so I guess if it is offered free it isn t given priority

Cannot fault them for great customer service Whoever the only thing that i think lets them down is there delivery service it looks like the good old post office i could have travelled down there and back in less time than it takes them to deliver 3 days is just a joke i know it says different prices different delivery times but come on 3 days and the cost 7 95 i deal with DPD and thats a next day service for the same moneyERS you seriously need to have a look at your delivery service
