TLDR they get you to meet with a very nice sales lady a very nice CPA a very nice Bookkeeper promise timely accurate financials and a quick onboarding and then once you sign they hand over the account to India where they do nothing you never meet the nice sales lady or CPA again the bookkeeper is a middleman to India and does not actually manage the books so financials are SUPER inaccurate and if you try to break the contract they ask you for 30k because wait for it it is a 1-year contract that they never disclosed in writing or verbal ANYWHERE except in the terms and conditions that are not actually in the contract but in a small print hyperlink to the terms
