I wanted to know if my order is

The flowers that were delivered were not the size I ordered I have paid for more than the large version and delivered were the medium size I have contacted your customer service because of it That was 4 days ago and I have not received any reply so far Edit 22 10 2018 I still have not heard back from you Never again

I ordered the flower just before

I wanted to know if my order is successful I have placed and order amounting 433KR AND IT 2500PHP in my country philippines The order is for my girlfriend in Alesund norway just today the amount was debited to my card already and I have no confirmation on my account in euroflorist no I dont also receive any confirmation to my email address I am worried if the transaction is successful or not please update me on this case I need to know if it gone through or not THIS IS HORRIYING why didn t you update your customer about the order I dont know what to do please make sure that she will receive the red roses and the chocolate today

I placed an order for the medium

I ordered the flower just before midnight and expected the flower to be delivered the following day as stated on the website I do not expect that the shop calls the recipient to tell that I placed the order too late and that the flowers will be delivered the day after

Disappointed with the bouquet

I placed an order for the medium Winter Kiss arrangement and I was so excited to send these to my aunt for New Years but when she sent me a picture of what she actually received I was SO disappointed and upset I realize that there are different flowers in different regions but what was sent was truly disgraceful especially for the amount of money I spent Additionally I emailed to inquire about the delivery status and never received a reply Not pleased with this transaction at all

Well the flowers was not delivered on

Disappointed with the bouquet I ordered a medium sized bouquet for a friend and it was completely different to the image on the website The presentation and flowers included were not worth the 56 euros I spent The bouquet did not have any roses and mainly consisted of filler green plants with a few pink and purple flowers that do not resemble those in the image on the website Sad to say I am not happy with the service

The delivered flowers differed from the

My request was for a birthday day not for Christmas That is a cheap excuse that that you mentioned on your website about the delay The person who received the flowers just noticed that the flowers were prepare since 18 or 17 of December So the flowers was not delivered on the day what i mentioned on the order It was a birthday on 18 12 and the flowers arrived on 20 12 Too bad Maybe next time you will do it better

The delivered flowers differed from the ordered ones completely other type of flowes

Old dry flowers delivered

I have ordered the most expensive orchids arrangement consisting out of 6 or 5 branches according to the picture The delivered arrangement consists of 2 branches Also the moss shown in the picture seems to be absent I am disappointed and expect a partial refund The delivery occured in time no problem with that

I was just really unhappy to see that

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife Most of the flowers were not fresh The roses were actually shriveled up already on delivery When reviewing directly to Euroflorist I received no feedback I have before had nice flowers delivered from Euroflorist but it appears quality has dropped
