The flowers were not delivered to the recipient on the date requested

The flowers were taken to a wrong address and to the wrong person horrifying and disappointed will never be using this company again

Just awful placed an order for a colleagues milestone birthday only to be told they don t deliver to business addresses - instead of just cancelling the order they won t refund me as I didn t realise - mistakes happen but to take equivalent of 40 of my money and my colleague no flowers and I cannot even get new ones Awful company terrible way to treat customers Will avoid at all costs

Disappointed very small bunch of flowers for the money I paid five flower heads and some small spray for the 45 spent

The flowers I ordered for my friend s wedding in Norway still haven t arrived nearly two days after the wedding This was an expensive waste of time

My order was placed yesterday 26th for delivery on Friday 29th The flowers got delivered today 2 days early while my sister is in hospital only having her operation today Its very disappointing they were delivered early and she will loose out on 2 days of fresh flowers

The flower is not good anymore it s almost died especially the pink rose And also they deliver early as I expected I add on some wraping but the wrapping is not good Im very disappointed
