The flower is not good anymore it s almost died especially the pink rose And also they deliver early as I expected I add on some wraping but the wrapping is not good Im very disappointed

My husband sent me flowers on Valentine s Day and the delivery man then used my personal details to contact me for a date He even persisted after I told him it was inappropriate and that I wasn t interested It was creepy and left me feeling unsafe

Very bad flowers Poor service I paid for the Premium but boquet delivered was not premium and flowers were not fresh at all petals were falling Writing on the card was immposible to read Euroflorist is a new scam I will never recommend

I chose the florist s selection expecting the bouquet to resemble the photo shown However the flowers were fewer and less vibrant and did not match those in the images

Last time ordering flowers on EUROFLORIST in Norway

I have ordered a bouquet last Wednesday to make sure that delivery will take place on Monday today without any problems Today at 2pm I have received an information that some flowers are missing and they need my acceptance for a change in flowers I have replied hour later with a request for more information and wrote a second email now at 6pm and still have no feedback That is definitely last time I am using euro florist NEVER AGAIN And no words for the CS support - totally disappointed

Difficult to change an order if you don t want a substitute

I ordered white Marguerite The florist could only supply pink although white was advertised I am still trying to get a substitute but the customer service procedure is terribly slow Nor do l know if l have been charged I am very disappointed
