Horrible experience with Evergreen Cleaning

I am writing this review because reviews are the way that consumers decide if they are willing to take a chance with a company This was my first and will be my only experience doing business with Evergreen Cleaning I had used Sparkle Wash CRVA for almost 10 years to power wash my house and fence and to seal the fence for us They did an outstanding job and we never had one complaint This year we called to schedule our service and found that they closed shop and sold their client list to Evergreen Cleaning Evergreen had our information and used the same sealer that we have put on our fence for years so we scheduled service for power washing and sealing Evergreen Cleaning has left us with repairs to do now that they have finished power washing and sealing our fence I say left us with repairs because we have asked for the owner Phil Miller to call us and have never heard from him From their website Our 40 years of experience allows us to always guarantee all of our services with a 100 satisfaction guarantee really We will have to put fill dirt under our entire fence line because they used too high of a setting and decimated the dirt under the fence They also knocked out knots in the wood by using too high pressure We had our driveway sealed one month ago and will have to pay to do it again because they got oil based sealer on the asphalt and they were unable to get it off They used a brush to apply sealer to the bottom of the fence and a sprayer to seal the middle and top When you use 2 different application method the results are not the same as evidenced in the attached pictures We have a 2 x 1 section in the middle of our backyard that was covered in oil based sealer run off from their sprayer I guess That really isn t something that we want our dogs walking through I was unaware that they charged us 600 to seal our 20 x 4 porch with 5 front steps That is outrageous considering they charged 1 100 to seal our fence both sides which is 239 in length and 4 tall I could have bought a gallon of sealer and a paint brush for 75 and sealed the porch and steps myself 600 is a ridiculous amount I will say that their employees were nice but at the end of the day one is paying for a service In our case that service was far from being met Some may say that my expectations were too high I can only base expectations off of the service that I have had prior as I think anyone would My experience with Evergreen Cleaning was beyond frustrating disappointing and leaving me with repairs to pay for myself I can never recommend their company for any type of service Reviews older than one year on Google Reviews are for Sparkle Wash It appears that Evergreen Cleaning took over their Google listing changed the name when they acquired their client list
