Scam company dishonest people

This company is a big scam and they use sleazy sales tactics to get free money from agents while the agents are left holding the bag First they say they are sponsoring you for free Lie They instead ask you for money up front to pay for the program and say you will get it back if you don t close a transaction within 6 months Lie Finally when I requested my refund not only did they not give my money back after investigating I realized they didn t complete their obligations They used virtual numbers to communicate with me and now the numbers are disconnected ever since I asked for a refund Evergreen Agent you can t breach a contract scam people and expect this to go away I will tell every agent I know about your scam so you don t get your greedy hands on other people s money AGENTS don t waste your time talking to any of these people don t believe anything they say And please PLEASE don t give them your money

I got tricked into this scam

I got tricked into this scam They said they were going to provide me leads that would call me and earn me at least 30 000 GCI in 3 months All leads were bogus I had to pay for my own marketing and had to call and follow up on any leads Nobody called me and everyone I called were bad leads 50 had no idea how I got their number I tired to get a refund and they will not return my call Run Run Run Save your money

They are a scam They promise that you will have at least one closing in the first 30 days claiming you pay nothing thousands in debt I am still paying them off I hope that the lawsuit goes through

They are a complete scam

They are a complete scam They will sign you up and take nearly 10 000 while signing an agreement with you They work very slowly and produce horrible marketing ideas for several months they are the worst I ve ever dealt with They never intend to follow through on the agreement and bank on the fact that hiring an attorney plus the time and effort will cost more than was paid so it is very unlikely anybody will sue in their opinion I ve never dealt with somebody like this little guy and it was interesting to experience a person and scam like this The guy actually said to me on a phone call that working with realtors is a joke and the worst type of people This is the same guy asking you to give him 10 000 and trust that he has good intentions with taking your money All that this company is is a handful of untalented people pitching amazing offers on social media that they never intend to honor They are a scam throwing out lies on social media to get peoples money I hear that they are targeting contractors now as well and doing the same thing I will update when I figure out what company that is

I decided against being an Evergreen Agent the day after I signed on-line That was February and March I said I did not want the loan and now Affirm says I owe over 13 000 but only 1 807 15 was put in my checking account I did not know anyone was putting money into my checking but they sure know how to take it out of my account like clock work Big lies to make newer real estate agents feel bad Then two companies to try to deal with Beware Evergreen says they have a benefactor who will pay your way the benefactor is Affirm who is equally hard to get a hold of

Run away from Evergreen Agent LLC these scammers took a loan in my name I tried to cancel 8 days after I signed the contract they will not refund the 10k they can not justify 10 000 worth of services provided in 8 days I followed up on the leads they sent me they were garbage the people had no idea why I was calling about That is why I cancelled fast A total rip off

They promise you will make 30K or else they refund all your money The owner refuses to refund us even though everything they promised was a lie Why should a refund not be another lie Total waste of our time and resources Do not be scammed I was hoping to find someone already suing them but we are going to have an attorney contact them to request our refund since everything we have done has been a waste of time

It is a scam and the leads are terrible

This company has no interest in actually helping you they have a well devised scam by which they entrap you with a sponsorship that actually is indebting you through a third party The leads are junk and you spend additional advertising dollars to get them The don t tell you up front about technology they require you to pay for AND there is no accountability for them The rep I spoke to initially Hatim told me it was low volume and high conversion a lie It is generic high volume leads from FB The account manager Scott assigned to me convinced me to double by ad spend to get better quality leads - the leads never became better quality The advertising rep Jared screwed up my tech my crm so at time we didn t get lead notices for 2 weeks Additionally I was getting leads from other states which we cannot serve OH and 5 months in Hatim Scott and Jared no longer work for the company I requested a refund according to the contract instructions and at the proper dates -- they took 6 weeks to reply and deny it with no real explanation I requested my 25 weekly reports and all the zoom call recordings especially the first call with the rep -- they would provide none of them It is a scam and it is run to be sure you are left in debt
