I have been looking for a property to rent for some time and have been quite disappointed in a lot of the estate agents I ve dealt with they all seem to be quite rude and unhelpful Callum at the personal agent was the complete opposite he was super friendly positive and helpful He gave a lovely informative viewing and answered any questions I had Unfortunately the property wasn t quite right for what we were looking for but Callum was great and I couldn t fault him

We had a different wagency validate our house before getting The Personal Agent in and they validated our property 50k less than what The Personal Agents did They were super efficient and helpful with viewings and the property was sold pretty quickly Samantha was then allocated to help us reach completion and she would reply to our emails very quickly and was always on top of what was happening on both sides Will definitely be going to them when selling again
