Scam going on here I sent 75 GBP today from my UK account 12 hours later after the customer care promised they were working on it they sent me a message asking me to ask the sender to send a selfie ID and open the app of the sender to reveal the profile of the bank and send a selfie Is it a legal requirement to send my bank profile to another bank I think these guys are using compliance to defraud people You have a nice business concept why turn it into a fraudulent venture And now customer care and so-called compliance are ignoring my email Return the money back to my UK account if you cannot complete the transaction

these people are scammers For over 4 months they refuse to pay back my hard-earned money over 25 and all they can do is to receive money claiming they need to talk to their partners no system for proper accountability relying only on what their partners tell them Have told them all my money must be refunded or else everywhere they are I will spoil it with bad reviews I have my evidence with me I m reporting their Instagram account by next week they think I m playing

Thieves and Corporate Criminals
Thieves You choose to block your virtual card and they set a rule for 24hours delay in which after then they were supposed to send all availability balance on the card back to your USD wallet But instead after 24 hours your card is frozen delayed and not deleted also you can t use the card or even withdraw or reverse the process Instead when I wrote their support they never replied and instead set my pin reset immediately I tried once to login they said incorrect pin I calmed and rewrote the pin for the second time and received your account have been frozen They just want to use style and take away my money

I don t know how to downgrade this Platform again I would just advise anybody seeing my review to think twice before using Eversend because your money is at risk with this guys They are unreliable when it comes to financial transactions They have held my money for weeks and refuse to allow sending out Run away from them I would make sure I spoil this company name anywhere I go because they have proven not competent enough to handle financial services

Bad customer service Incompetent customer service and the app really needs some work done Cause we need the customer service for everything Deactivating my account is also an issue since your customer service is weak especially a lady called Sharon She can watch the messages and ignore you while it s 24hrs of waiting I am waiting for 5 days now
