Evisa Express mixed up my documents provided misinformation and had the gall to ask for more money for an evisa that is free for Australia Appalling

Paid way to much

As with many other customers I was under the belief that I was dealing direct with the Vietnam Govt Its not until you have applied and paid that you are told in the small print that they do not represent the Govt Subsequently I paid nearly 100 euros for a visa worth 36 euros This company is clearly taking advantage of its customers Lesson leant for me - never again

Unreliable This company is all lier You cannot count on them even though you pay extra expenses They can not give your visa on time and give you a variety of excuses I applied for my visa to Vietnam on 30 October Until now they still have not given me a visa but let me wait but it took my friend only five days to get the visa Can you imagine that I asked them to refund it but no answer You don t trust them forever so tell your friend my deadline is today so I cannot attend the event also I am trying to call them by tel nobody answered except Auto Massage only

I applied vietnam visa through evisa express by mistake when I was searching for the Vietnam government site My friends later who had applied through government site received visa in 5 days paid 100 less and I m still waiting for evisa express outcome They do not provide a reference to the application where we can track the progress of the visa unlike the government site I would not recommend them for anyone

I don t know if anyone else experienced this but I applied for ETA for Australia I was charged 75 53 by this co submitted my application over a week ago and every time I checked it will say my application has been queued for processing long story short I downloaded the ETA app and completed the application yesterday for only 12 and some cents and I got a feedback instantly with my approval letter now this company wants to hold back 15 euros for processing fees for a job that wasn t done a reap off and scam they charged me 6 times the actual processing fee and never completed the job despite multiple follow up emails

It s way too expensive for what you could get it for in the gov website I just urgently needed it and the gov website was down Never again

Wrong sized shoddy shoes

I purchased a pair of shoes supposedly of high quality and they are very far from that they are 5 times larger than the size I ordered and they took a very long time to arrive I will give them to a charity shop and put it down to one of lifes bad experiences and move on

Don t waste your money here

I was told over the phone I would receive all the documents I need to fly to Canada two days before I fly However I fly in an hour and I received nothing so I had to complete the forms myself so I just wasted 35 pounds for nothing I also tried calling the customer service number provided on the website and the telephone number now doesn t work Do not waste your money on this Update I received a full refund from the company so I have bumped this up to 2 stars However the fact remains that they promised I would receive all documents in good order and the company fell well short leaving me to take matters into my own hands
