Don t waste your money here

I was told over the phone I would receive all the documents I need to fly to Canada two days before I fly However I fly in an hour and I received nothing so I had to complete the forms myself so I just wasted 35 pounds for nothing I also tried calling the customer service number provided on the website and the telephone number now doesn t work Do not waste your money on this Update I received a full refund from the company so I have bumped this up to 2 stars However the fact remains that they promised I would receive all documents in good order and the company fell well short leaving me to take matters into my own hands

I applied for an esta visa though this company thinking it was the government website for an esta I realised my mistake before they processed the application and asked them not to process it and to cancel my application They ignored that and went ahead anyway and are now refusing to refund me because they processed the application I wonder how many people get scammed this way I d definitely never use them again

This is not an official webpage I did the payment and they didn t send me the confirmation in my email and the documents for the Visa I contacted with the department and they have update my status but I realized that the price is more than 5 more times than the official webpage

When I first entered passport and photos I got ticks and so assumed all was well First I got a request for photos but my e-mail system thought that they were spam On the fifth attempt I thought that he had gone Next I got a request for a copy of my passport and my e-mail again refused to send it because of spam content I used my wife s e-mail Then I got a request for more photos and had again to use my wife s e-mail So twelve days after applying I got a visa The initial uploading was easy I know that a lot of my problem was my e-mail system Why can t you use the initial method of entry for sending follow-up materials rather than using e-mail Why did the system give me ticks on both passport and photo only to later reject them You can do better

The visa fees is double than what it should be as I have British passport I should get my Saudi visa got 70 Evisa Express charged me double As I I would like to get the break down for the fees you charged explaining the visa charges taken Regards Sakin

False official site finicketty on photos but good service delivery

as nowhere was stated that Evisa was not an official service I feel having been somewhat conned How come applying for a Visa gets you straight into their arms slick false official image big fee to Google I should have realised when I saw the service offer multiple tel numbers that this could not be civil servants The 79 fee was shocking as the Oz Visa is officially free Having said that after many issues on the photos add documents required it finally came through I must admit they patiently coped with my technology handicaps finally delivered our visas in a day Their amability was very pleasant their correspondance faultless their speed appreciable Thierry Logier

Evie too expensive 79 euros is to Expensive if you go straight to the kenya webpage it s US 39 so basically you pay three times as much through this company

WOW most impatient customer service

WOW most impatient customer service person I ve ever talked to I made a visa request to Egypt but only after paying I realized this was a 3rd party and not the official site for visas I immediately called and explained my work trip was a last-minute decision and I was traveling in 6 days and the lady was very rude and impatient and said they couldn t guarantee issuing the visa in time She said she would give a refund but spoke to me very badly like I was stupid for an honest mistake Honestly shocked

Excessive fees

Excessive fees I would consider 25 00 a reasonable amount I could have applied directly for faster service and saved 50 00 I will not be using you service anymore
