Worst umbrella company to use - they agree to a monthly contract and decided to pay weekly just to get more money off me

Shocking company who have gone out of business and into liquidation due to their own greed and lack of customer support Was told on Friday when my wages were not paid that they had system issues and money would be in the bank Friday afternoon It s now Monday and my direct debits have overdrawn me When I did eventually get to speak to someone I was told that they had folded

They are in liquidation process No one has informed me My agency has continuously paid to them and now 3 weeks money has not paid I am really struggling to pay my bills

Terrible company I have been with them for 8 years and didn t have any problems until November when I didn t get paid for 2 weeks work and my agency had sent them money Now I haven t been paid and I m now financially struggling to pay bills I have spoken to the liquidation co oany and they said its unlikely the money will be refunded

Exelant Service once they got it all in place took about 2 weeks never had a problem since and have been very helpful since

Top Class Exact do exactly what they say

I was recommended Exact paystream as Umbrella s to use both were excellent when i contacted them but the lady who i dealt with at Exact was exceptional The software is easy to use i get notifications of my pay on a Thursday and without fail get paid every Friday Took all the stress out of working with a payroll provider Top class

First class Professional friendly and excellent support The system was simple setup was easy I receive a text message confirming everything is processed and in good order My pay has arrived on time I have not had one single issue Superb
