Very bad experience
Very bad experience They advertise with a range of rebates which are dependent upon the amount purchased for claiming that the rebate will be deducted when ordering According to the promise when I ordered for more than 320 NOK I would get a rebate of 100 NOK However when I ordered no rebate was deducted an I paid the full price 381 NOK Dishonest business to say the least

As a restaurant manager
As a restaurant manager I would like to give a review as a potential client of Foodora To date we are still awaiting the team of professionals to launch our page within their app I can build an entire website from start to finish in less than a working day And I m an amateur Foodora claim to have full time staff dedicated to this alone and they can t even get them to do a simple task of copying and pasting my info into the basic Foodora template The first thing the salesman did was make claims as to how much better Foodora are than Wolt and that Foodora hold 25 more customer accounts But in all honesty Wolt had us up and running within approximately 10 days The Wolt tablet arrived within a few days and the account and order page were up within a couple of days after that Foodora has been pretty much silent since we signed the contract I emailed him a few times called and sms d him He only responded after I sent in a complaint And his response wasn t exactly apologetic More like he was doing me a favor promised to get an update and come back to me the next day NOTHING In my opinion the management in Foodora are a bunch of amateurs thinking that they re professionals because they work for a well known delivery service But they need to remember that they are ONLY a DELIVERY SERVICE They don t have the stress of cooking the food and getting the order ready for the customer in record time They just need to turn up If you can t provide your customers supplier AND consumer with the ONLY thing you are supposed be offering you may as well stay in bed It s bad for us as a business and bad for the users of the service When Foodora messes up a delivery it s us that gets the bad rep aswell In my opinion Foodora need to look at their company s strategy management and system app and do some serious maintenance Shed themselves of the dead weight and come back when they have something better to offer I m not sure how they will manage to take our deliveries to customers They can t even manage to open a new restaurant account within a reasonable time-frame So far I m really not impressed

Wish I could give a zero star rating Placed an order and delivery time kept being updated Eventually after an hour and a half I contacted them oy to be told they don t have a driver and I ll just need to be patient Feel bad for the restaurants that loose business due to bad service from Foodora as we ended up cancelling a very large order for 6 people

The delivered order was incomplete A complaint was filed and a refund was promised A certain amount of time passes no funds no contact Another third attempt to contact us via chat in their application further assurances that they have sent it and that we have to wait another few days I ask for a refund - I don t get it I ask contact the project manager - I don t get it I am asking for written confirmation that they have ordered a refund - they also said no Fraud
