Reference ps01I had a visit as my boiler was not working Paul Come out and was spot on with everything he done he new straight away wot the problem was and was so cheerful and happy and no mess was left I have had work men before that have left mess I hope if I need my boiler repaired again it d Paul that comes such a nice guy and credit to the company

My boiler broke down and the next day the engineer Mr Grenville Holdsworth came round and found the fault straight away Because my boiler is older he had to order the parts As soon as they were in he came back and fixed my boiler He was very friendly and efficient and he showed me his identity card when he arrived to put me at ease I am very happy about the fast excellent service Hewer provide and can highly recommend the Failsafeplan

Brian was extremely professional and very friendly He completed that needed doing and also took the time to explain exactly what he was doing He also talked me through how to use the new boiler and made sure I fully understood He also came back to deal with a minor issue that I didn t know how to sort myself which I am also extremely grateful for Communication with Andy was also very easy He was able to support me by giving me a very reasonable quote after being quoted almost double for the same job by British Gas 10 10 will recommend to anyone who needs it

Had a problem with hot water being intermittent Andy Devon knew exactly what it was They ordered part immediately and came out a few days later to fit Both very professional and courteous Andy is extremely knowledgeable and has a very can do attitude ie nothing is too much trouble Both guys are a credit to Hewers and give an exemplary face to the business Thank you both for a job well done Bri s I appreciate it

Our annual Hewer gas safety check was carried out by Nicholas absolutely brilliant bloke who arrived especially early as I had just finished a night shift and needed to sleep Not only did he do the gas safety check he took extra time to replace a cracked plastic pipe that had recently begun leaking Had a really nice chat with him whilst he was here super guy very nice to have met him Thank you Hewer see you next year

Hi on the 27-28 12 24 we had Bailey B out to change our boiler after reoccurring heating and hot water problems he ran into some problems with the system pressure and diagnosed these issues quickly and professionally He replaced the boiler upstairs as well We are happy to have a warm home again Many thanks

We decided to move away from BG services for our annual boiler service and maintenance plan After various internet searches we thought it would be best to go with a local company We ve seen Hewer s vans around the area for many years and having received a flyer about the services they offered opted for their Failsafe Plan The engineer was booked for a morning visit We received a phone call about 20 minutes before his arrival to advise he was on his way He arrived as estimated and after a quick check on the system set to work on our boiler survey service He explained what he was doing and his initial findings He was very professional but friendly and helpful with his suggestions for getting the best out of our system We feel we ve made the right choice with our selection and would be very happy to recommend him and Hewer s to our friends and family

Aaron and his colleagues has been at my property since Monday we ve had a few issues but that wasn t anything that Aaron and his team couldn t fix my new heating system is working great I can honestly say they all worked very hard here They have gone above and beyond for us very happy with Aaron and his team
