I have been a business owner for about 25 years and have NEVER dealt with the most unprofessional and disorganized company in my life They allowed us to create an account and EVEN ISSUED US A 7 500 CREDIT LINE Giving us the green light to conduct business I wasted 40 hours of my time carefully researching and carefully selecting women s apparel and clothing to sell only for these monsters to CANCEL EVERY ORDER I MADE Telling me I am not a legit business and not giving one ounce of information of what they needed from me to correct the problem I m suing them for 10k My time is extremely valuable and this illegitimate business will show them how real we are If there are other people who would like to join us and file a class action lawsuit message me

the Buckle Bra is a piece of CRAP the lace is so flimsy and cheap it just rolls up and adds 0 support and the best part is it comes with these two little circle pads that are so obvious there is no way you can wear them and without them you ll look very inappropriate there is no costumer service no way to contact them just a bogus 1-800 number and e-mail buyer beware this product is garbage and there is no way to return it

If you want to wholesale on here don t waste your time I m sure it s great if you re in the UK or USA but in Australia it s garbage Uploading products in a painful time consuming failure The only way to actually do it properly is manually each individual item The orders are pointless 20 40 80 then they take 25 of it haha They re jokers there are many better options out there for wholesalers Faire isn t it

They ONLY care about commissions

I have been trying to get someone from Faire support to respond to an email we sent 2 weeks ago asking for assistance with integration issues we are facing but they simply have REFUSED to respond Their claim that they are customer-centric is false I have emailed them six time and still zero respond Just HORRIBLE expereice so far I dont even give negative reviews but I was compelled to due to their lack of communication

Signed up to insider subscription for free duty shipping they have removed the offer from brands we use so works out more expensive to order via this platform than direct from suppliers Yet still happy to take the subscription money No longer using this platform

Poor experience- went through all the procedure of verifying my store online- made two sizeable orders from U K Sellars- only to receive an email to say order has been cancelled as they are no longer supplying to Etsy Facebook Instagram or online shops When they already knew that is what I was- totally pointless- my time isn t free either

Really rude customer service

Really rude customer service and if you sell on Amazon Etsy or eBay as 90 of businesses do they refuse to let you buy any stock I thought I d give them a chance on the 30 bars of soap and other extremely bloated prices but because I sell on Amazon too - nope Bad luck for the seller as they missed on a few hundred No way I d give up my Amazon earnings to just buy from Faire Prices also aren t competitive with China and India

We had an issue with a cancelled credit

We had an issue with a cancelled credit card due to fraud which resulted in our payments being late on Faire Our new card was sent to us and we paid our invoices in full Our terms were reinstated a couple weeks ago and have been paying all our invoices on time and ahead of schedule Now all of a sudden over night they have reduced our terms and put our account on hold AGAIN With no reason no explanation We have had no late payments and have nothing to pay Be aware of this company s business practices as they can seriously harm your product procurement schedules by arbitrarily freezing your account for NO REASON
