Faire have scammed me out of money and products

Faire have copied the wrong product information into their website I received an order which I fulfilled and delivered Both the buyer and I discovered that the scent she ordered was a different description to what was on my actual website and the info given to FaireNow Faire are refunding the customer and charging ME for their error which means I ve lost money and products As a small business I cannot afford this They are scammers and you should beware I m reporting this company to the ombudsman as I m so disgusted

How disgusting a company is Faire that they allow small business owners crushed by Covid to spend hours and hours placing orders and talking to suppliers to be told two days later that they are not accepting them because their website is not up and running How can it be running without merchandise You should screen people before granting them access to suppliers I am reporting them to the BBB What shady and unethical business practices they have created

Inconsistent rulss

Tried to set up an account for my small craft business after recommendations from other business theirs rules seem very hit and miss about who they will give an account and who they won t For many selling via FB is acceptable but for some reason it s not good enough for me to do that Avoid unless you want to be passed from pillar to post

Honestly just scammers They offered our clients 300 00 credit if they purchased via Flaire None of them got it out 90 we signed up Only 1 managed to receive the credit They did not tell us about it and let our team keep signing people up to build there own database Honestly cant believe how bad it is They damaged our reputation because we offered our retail shops 300 credit to purchase via flaire Even if they at anyone stage said look we not giving credit out now please stop offering it to your retailers we would have

I ordered from an amazing small business but she got screwed over yo the point they closed her account I received an order for them to refund me the credit and not give her payments She s had really bad feedback from customer reviews because of faire avoid at all costs they are scammers and only help who they feelIt took me 2 months to get my free credit from a business I referred

Again another review on faire and will keep doing so until someone actually comes back to me to resolve this still the same outcome customer service none existing no payout msged so many times have lost thousands through them in the in the process of teaming up with others they have done this to We are currently seeking legal advice as this is completely unacceptable From Fave

Dodged a Bullet

We purchased from Faire yesterday and found out after the fact that we had to verify our account for them to complete the order It was a in-depth process where they requested private business records but I was reassured knowing that I was sent to them by a brand that I trust We have a legitimate LLC but they still cancelled my order because one of the places we sell is Etsy After skimming a few reviews on here it sounds like we dodged a bullet Unfortunately I still lost out on the most valuable resource we have - time Don t waste yours on Faire

FAIRE DID NOT HONOR WARRANTY

I ordered the heart interlocking rope toy twice to sell for Valentine s - I had everyone of them either unravel or come back because upon the first tug they came apart DO NOT BUY THIS and BEWARE FAIRE will not honor refund or replacement after 14 days even though this was a Valentine s gift for many pups VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MIDLEE and FAIRE I had to refund ALL of my customers and my shop quality was negatively impacted by this product

Went through a lengthy process of placing and order and was then asked for a lot of detailed information to verify my account Was then denied as they don t sell to Ebay Etsy etc sellers Why put retailers through this process when you could give that info up front After reading the reviews on here I m glad it didn t work out but would have been nice to not have wasted my time
