We thought joining Farmlands buying
We thought joining Farmlands buying shares in order to get a members card which gave access to discounted pricing at numerous stores made sense It has been anything but sensible First is each partner store has a different process around using the card Farmlands also manually process receipts which can take weeks The balance shown online also has no visible transactions so you don t know what spending that reflects Additionally each store partner stores has a different process for some to apply Farmlands pricing Some ask for a credit card deposit to place an order so you use a bank credit card to place an order on a Farmlands credit account Stores tell you the order can not be actioned until payment but will appear as a zero transaction on the Farmlands statement it rarely is because receipts often don t get processed in a timely manner Place an order at Farmlands store for pick up via online and often the item will be billed twice once online and again at the store This can appear in statements months apart so you need to audit carefully every month before payment is due They also removed ability to make instant bank account to Farmlands account payments on Farmlands online So if you make an internet banking payment to your account it can take 5 days to actually appear as a credit against your Farmlands account We are a household but I have no idea why a farm or business would opt for such a labour intensive and untrustworthy credit account offer Not only do invoices appear without notification direct from store parters such as BOC gas Mitre 10 order deposits are not aligned to charges to the account Farmlands store purchases online have duplicated invoicing you have to carefully audit each and every statement Their customer service is poor and even when charges are identified as being incorrect it can take weeks for the correction to appear meaning your limit stops transactions when you know funds should be there Overall - just avoid Labour intensive and not trustworthy credit account that is not worth the rebates offered Needs to update the account processing and account systems URGENTLY Payments and charging is so misaligned - constant auditing of statements needed

EXTREEMLY POOR SERVICE
All I wanted was 2 products a total of 8 items 6 of one and 2 of another but it seems it is far too difficult for them to process to hard for them to reply to emails asking what is happening with the order they part ship with no explination and tell lies if they even respond by far the worst company I have ever tried to purchase through they dont even deserve 1 star their customer servise is so extreemly extreemly extreemly bad I dont understand how they ar still in business

Online shopping Bad bad bad
Online purchasing is very very dodgy Purchase of 97 odd dollars Charged three times Help desk says that is normal and its because of the system they use They say it should be reversed and that the money wasnt charged yet the money has still left my account 5 days after my purchase im still waiting for the money to show up Feels like i wont get it back imagine if i spent 10k and got charged it three times who has that sort of money to lose and wait to come back

Ordered online in July and goods were
Ordered online in July and goods were shipped from Whakatane store - 5kg of bird seed was slid into box and got caught on another box in there and split it open - good portion of seed is floating in the box Contacted online help through email got a reply a month later to say they have forwarded the query to Whakatane wait a week try again and another week has passed - customer service absolutely sucks Its now September and this has still not been sorted - nearly 2 months of trying I give up so you get the feedback that this ordeal deserves
