The dress was to tight when it arrived But firstly do not use this company for any occasions They re are more reliable companies out there So I ordered my dress on the 13th of June and I paid 10 extra so it could come by the 13th of July it came on the 14th of August I was so frustrated and the manager thinks she should compensate me with 30 when I paid 123 for a dress that doesn t even fit and didn t come by the date when it was needed Awful company honestly where is the customer service at nowadays The reviews on their website are fake it does not take a week it is shipped from China

Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I received my dress which I will give a one star as it is as the picture shows but full of faults I had great customer service until I wanted a refund for the faulty dress poor stitching to the point I was scared ti try it on as the stitching looked like it would fall apart it has pulls and an actual has a hole in it I ve had one email back from asking to take pictures of the damage which I was more than happy to do but after sending them the pictures I have had no more response from them I have being sending emails everyday since still no reply this dress was for my daughters wedding my dreams of the perfect dress have been crushed this dress was not cheap so FeelTimes be assured I will NAME AND SHAME your company And it will not just be on this review

You CANNOT return anything

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this company after raising concerns about returning the dress I was assured in writing Please don t worry about the return for Standard size dresses you can return the item in its original state Turns out I should have worried as now I would like to return it as my bridesmaid is not comfortable in it they are slow to reply and avoiding letting me return the dress The quality of the dress is absolutely fine but if you re not 100 you will want to keep it AVOID ordering from them

Only putting 1star as you were unable to leave a review unless you put a star down well what can I say this company and all the other companies they trade under are a total DISGRACE I beg you all NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS SITE The company will disappoint you customer service are a joke they will not deliver on any of their promises and I believe they are using sweat shops to make these dresses Don t waste you money and time you ll never get refunded for a dress that may not even arrive I m currently having this company and all other companies they trade under investigated by buying from this company you maybe enabling child labour So I strongly advise not to order from these companies

BAD BAD COMPANY

I brought wedding dress from here i was looking forward too getting it I WAS DISAPPOINTED the material was awful the stitching was snagged there was a stain and material damaged in the middle I didn t even try it on Straight in the bag it went I am wanting to return this dress and they now trying to get out of refunding me i am paid 189 for it TO GOOD TOO BE TRUE

I ordered a mother of the bride dress I did my measurements and it fits fine except in the ribcage area which one does not usually measure for a dress It is too tight in that area and I would not be comfortable wearing it for a wedding When contacted they refuse to let me return it and had the audacity to say order another one at half the price In reading reviews I find out they are based in China It all makes sense now Buyer beware Shop local

This is a company in China do not do business with them I ordered a custom-sized dress for my daughter s wedding and it arrived several sizes too small In fact I couldn t even get it over my shoulders Obviously not made correctly After multiple emails back and forth I am still trying to return the dress for a refund There is no way to call Customer Service only email Terrible company with even worse customer service

DO NOT BUY HERE absolutely shocking business I ordered from these people then got severely harassed by a woman on WhatsApp telling me I can t buy three dresses and send two back because they don t want to keep them in stock the refund is absolutely disappointing and frankly not obviously shown to customers that it s a 70 refund and a 50 fee no matter package class choice it s really disappointing as they have some great choices but to say the dresses can be customized in no way why does it matter if there is a stock in them I feel harassed and absolutely annoyed by this whole process don t buy here

These are the same online company as Stacees Stay clear I purchased two prom dresses in standard size 6 for my daughter to try At the time i was ordering i got reassured from Cassie the live chat agent that returns and refunds wouldn t be a problem 3 weeks later no return labels and no refund just offering to keep the dresses and offer 50 compensation This is absolutley disgraceful and I would not recommmend this business to anyone I have reported them to trading standards shocking customer service UK COMPANY NO WAY MORE LIKE HONG KONG
