Outstanding service by replacing from stock even though purchased from other supplier

I was lucky enough to receive 3 shirts for my 75th birthday One from my partner and two from my son My son purchased XL size which were to big I called Fife Country and they said they had no record of the order and when I checked with my son found he had ordered from another company Fife Country solved my problem by supplying the smaller L size from there own stock which was brilliant So really pleased with the Tattersall shirts and the service I received

Good quality shoes and great customer service

I bought a pair of Hawick shoes for my husband which were quickly delivered but unfortunately did not fit I telephoned Fife Country s customer service department to ask for advice on sizing and was offered good advice and told to return the shoes postage was free Within a few days Fife Country advised me that the shoes had been received and that another pair in the correct size would be posted out to me asap These were received within ten days of my original phone call to the company The shoes are great quality the service received from Fife Country was first class and I would highly recommend them to anybody
