Firefly is a company to be avoided at all costs Absolutely unreliable and dangerous Our flight from Penang to Kota Kinabalu was retimed 4 times right up to the last minute totally disrupting our trip and our appointments This company has no consideration for its customers Travelers are treated like cattle Definitely prefer the national airline

Worst airline From dec to jan my flight has been retimed many times Yes every week averytime More than 2 hours delayed There is no actual time and last minute inform me I always missing my important events because of delayed Really sucks

Not even have one star is a terrible airline delaying without inform I suggest if u donwan spoil ur holiday moood don t fly with them delay my flight flight number FY3600 and without inform only when I reach airport is say delay and somemore delay for 10hours and more really terrible service I am a frequent traveller and first time in my life I seen this terrible airline
