Absolutely horrific My partner applied to a job that this company was doing recruitment for 3 weeks ago Since his interview with them he has had no communication even when they have promised to ring him After 2 3 weeks of hearing nothing we find today the position had already been filled This is fine but there has been zero communication They made him believe he would be getting the job no problem and completely let him down DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

First Choice Recruitment without a doubt should be your absolute last choice They are a terrible disorganised disingenuous company I registered for an ongoing job that had a wage advertised which wasn t even offered because the client had no intention of paying the advertised wage for this Management position of running his business They were happy to string me along and waste my time knowing I wasn t going to get the wage of the job I applied for This company wants to take a good hard look at its practices as they are not lawful and I have since seen them correct the wage offered on this job As someone who has been in this industry for 4 decades I would recommend stay well away from cowboys like this as there are plenty of good agencies out there

Dodgy agency beware

Dodgy agency I have been called by this agency after submitting for a job I was told that I was the perfect candidate for that job promised that job and promised to be called many times then after completing and submitting a lot of data passport address phone Nino and everything you could think of phone stopped ringing I called back and got some BS about being overqualified and I never got called back I strongly advise you to avoid this agency as it does not act professionally at all and collect way too much data under the pretense that is needed

Same issues as others awful admin and can t tell the difference between A and B in a national insurance number Then when you leave you don t get paid even when you work your notice have only taken one day holiday in 10 weeks and worked extra notice to give them time to find a new employee Which the haven t Should be named Last Choice

If I could give a lower score then 1 I would do not apply with this recruitment agency it is a complete waste of time I don t know why company even want to have a contract with them and they lack the basic foundation of communication Completed registration a few weeks ago and haven t heard a word from the recruitment agency I REPEAT DO NOT BOTHER registering with first choice You d get more communication from a dog or ryanair airline then First Choice Recruitment
