Don t Buy the 10ft Trampoline

I bought the 10 ft trampoline in Jan 2022 A year later the zipper and the lock of the trampoline broke So this became a dangerous situation My child actually fell out of trampoline because of this and got hurt I asked the company to replace the item or repair it They dragged their feet for 6 weeks They finally decided that the zipper and the lock cannot be replaced and informed me that only way is to replace the whole trampoline This is NOT an acceptable behavior or response I am letting other buyers know so their children are not put in a dangerous situation

Pathetic return policy

Pathetic return policy even after I ordered smaller sizes separately they complicate and ask full details of the kids DOB etc and 3 photos of the dress parcel etc to complicate and not to accept any returns Never going to buy again from them Garment quality also not that great

Worst cashback offer

Do not ever fall for their cashback offer since first it s applied on the full price of the item which of course is inflated and usually the so called discount they give is already better than applying the cashback And second you can use it on a very selected number of items and of course not items that are needed only stupid toys so they push you to buy something that nobody wants to buy Very very disappointed Never think you will get anything from this offer Crappy website

I m a frequent online buyer but first cry is not to trust upon I bought an interactive kitchen set and I found its some parts damaged and when I put return request they are not entertaining as if it s my mistake Customer care executives are just lingering up the process by waiting for 2 days from last 10 days as if they don t wanna take the responsibility of the damaged product There is no one who will try to listen your request and solve it They say that call is recorded for training purposes but no body is keeping a check how their customer care executives are retaining their customers Very bad experience Very bad management Never wanted to be their customer again They are lacking in maintaining their customer s trust on them

Faulty product bad service to fix it

Ordered a travel cot didn t work when it arrived took 6 days to hear back from customer service and when I did they rejected the claim as I did not attach pictures which would have been irrelevant to the claim Also offering FirstCry credit as a refund instead of cash which is not right given they sold a faulty product Won t be ordering from FirstCry again

If I could rate it 0 star I would Ordered a scooter and decided to return same day reason too small The process of returning the product is terrible I order from different famous online shops and never had such awful experience First of all they ask you to provide 3 photos of the product-ok that s easy But they always reject your pics and return Returning time frame is just 7 days and 2 of them takes just to process your return and then you finally get rejected Then you have to write to them one million emails and get automatic reply that they are sorry it s the most ridiculous online store Please if you value your time money and mental health and don t want to have your first cry never shop there You will regret 100 better to pay a bit more and order from A n ae believe me

First cry delivery service is very poor as I experienced they mention same day delivery but that was totally wrong shameless customer care they have no activities on issue and they didn t resolve the issue too Sometime people needs some products on emergency basis then they made an order but as same day delivery mentioned they delayed and taken no action on that Totally hopeless never go with this app
