Great Service
Great Service My mum had ordered a toy box for my son when I came to put it up I didnt like the font didnt think it looked that good Was very jumpy not neat However I live chatted with Mary Joyce who was so helpful quickly resolved my issue sent out a replacement piece where the name would be shown Great customer service very quick efficient Thank you

Wonderful customer service
Geraldine was so helpful provided excellent customer service I had an issue which quite frankly was my mishap however Geraldine was very understanding a replacement was in post arrived 2 days later I have had bought many items from My1st years this has only encouraged me to buy more

Beautiful doll great service
The doll I ordered is beautiful and the customer service was excellent I had stupidly spelled my new granddaughters name wrong on the order and I didn t realise until 2 days later As it was entirely my own fault I contacted customer services and offered to pay to have the name amended if it had already been personalised but the reply I received from Ewelina assured me that the name would not only be amended but it would be free of charge I was very happy but then had an email the same day saying that it had been shipped and the email showed the wrongly spelled name Ewelina again put my mind at rest explaining it was an automated email and it had definitely been changed The doll arrived today so it only took 2 working days with a weekend in the middle to arrive and it is lovely I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering from them again

Exceptional Quality of products and Customer Service
The products we received were all individually presented and packaged in their own boxes We are very pleased with the items we received We did have one blip with a missing delivery but I sent a chat to my1styears and got an immediate response from Aleksandra - Management Team who just grabbed the issue kept me updated and dealt with it exceptionally well Delivery blips do happen So a big thank you to Aleksandra
