Just had one of the best relaxed furniture shopping experience with Adrian Waltham Cross he was very calm no hard sell allowed us time to move chairs around and plenty of space to make our decisions One of the best salesman that gave myself and my wife equal attention as some places think the wife is the final decision maker which annoys me Couldn t rate Adrian s knowledge and customer skills highly enough especially as he laughed at my jokes Looking forward to our delivery next week

Our delivery slot was advised to us 24 hours before with a 2 hour window We received a text about 20 minutes before slot advising delivery on route The drivers arrived at the earliest given time They were efficient and polite They put a cover over our front door and a dust sheet in the hall Within 30 minutes had assembled our swivel table and brought in the chairs All the packaging was taken away Excellent service Thank you

Today we had a great furniture shopping experience at Fishpools assisted by a lovely gentleman Tony Bruce From walking in to the store to walking out 2 hrs later Tony provided us with patient and knowledgeable support We wanted to purchase a sofa set and dining table and chairs I had an image of what I wanted and Tony had made that come alive by recommending suitable accent chairs which way the chaise should be according to my living room and the dining room furniture We had a wonderful shopping experience and I hope the delivery will also be seamless Thank you so much for a pleasant experience We will be back soon as fishpools has incredible styles and service
