Can t say how brilliant this furniture and organisation are My daughter found the swivel dining chairs online but I was concerned about buying online and finding the chairs uncomfortable The fab Billy responded to our email questions about how deep the seat cushions were etc And their service which means you get to try the furniture and then if you don t like it - they take it away and refund takes all of the worry away I took finance 0 for 6 months and Billy helped me by contacting me when docs and contacts needed to be answered and this helped to keep the process running smoothly I was busy and hadn t checked emails etc The delivery driver Steve called me on the morning of delivery and said he was a bit ahead of schedule but could slow down if I wouldn t be available earlier than the previously allotted time Steve was polite and helpful and made that end of the whole experience easy can t speak highly enough of everyone involved - I LOVE my new dining chairs I will always look for my furniture from NOW FURNITURE in the future Thank NOW team
