I ve had a couple of dealings with Fitbit with regards Fitbits that have issues straight away they ve replaced them and it s been a simple and easy process I ve found that the live chat is the easiest way to get in touch and the agents are always very efficient and helpful Excellent customer service always

Incredible service
Incredible service my girlfriend had her fitbit break 2 times in 2 years Fitbit replaced it 2 times without any hassle or questions The second time they even asked if we would like a discount on another Product instead Only good experiences here in Switzerland Keep it up guys

Brilliant customer service
Husband s Charge 3 got progressively dimmer to the point he couldn t read the screen at all Contacted Fitbit who asked him to try a few simple tests none of which resolved the problem They offered him 50 off the latest model or a free replacement of current He chose the latter which turned up two days later No quibble no hassle pleasant and easy

Excellent customer care
I had my Fitbit Ionic for about 1 5yrs absolutely loved it but about a week ago it stopped working I contacted Fitbit about this and they were so professional and polite and luckily it was still in warranty so they sent me a new Ionic within a couple of days The customer care was excellent and I am over the moon that I can still use my Fitbit The Fitbit itself is brilliant easy to use fast and comfortable I would highly recommend

Don t understand the negative reviews Maybe they haven t voiced their concerns to customer service Had a problem with my versa lite contacted customer service and was talked through all the trouble shooting Unfortunately couldn t resolve issue but was promptly sent a replacement Their customer service is second to none I personally would highly recommend and purchase again 5 stars all the way People with problems should give them a chance to make good rather than leave a bad review without trying to rectify it

The initial customer service was really bad however I suggest you try calling them not online chat because after they go through the whole restarting rigmarole and troubleshooting they offered to send me a new one as it was still under 2 year guarantee Stay persistant patiently go through their troubleshooting and they should just send a new one if they cannot fix it They didn t ask me to return the old one it was completely dead

Instant replacement after 14 months
I have had my Versa Lite since May 2019 and it broke this evening I spoke someone on their live chat and they literally got a replacement sent out with ten minutes It s due to arrive in 4 business days I know I may be one of the lucky ones as there are lots of negative reviews but they were so polite and helpful I thought it worth writing a review

Bought a Fitbit Flex2 in September 2017 from John Lewis Had a problem with it not charging in 2020 NOTE out of warranty rang Fitbit freephone very good customer care offered to replacement or 50 off a new Fitbit product Update received a new Flex 2 in the post today less than a week after conversation with Fitbit 10 10 for service and customer care

Had a lot of problems with the charge 3 got onto customer service and it still wouldn t work wasn t sure if I could get a replacement as it was a gift I contacted them again the following day to enquire and the guy said I was and sent me an email to get a replacement so helpful and straight forward

Had a Fitbit versa for one year and 1 month when it stopped charging Purchased from Currys PC World who ignored my several attempts to get in touch and were impossible to reach on the phone After a week of raising the issue with Fitbit directly they have processed an order for a replacement device Now THIS was what I call customer service Well done Fitbit And thank you
