I wish I had read these reviews first I ordered this scale a month ago and it still hasn t shipped I told them to cancel my order and provide a refund They refuse to give me a refund I ve opened a fraud case with my bank to attempt to get a refund This company is a SCAM Buyer beware

Don t be tempted by their apparent good reviews This is a total scam

This is a total scam Look at the recent reviews here and on the App Store Hume health is the app - everybody has the same issues and nothing has been done about it 30 day money back guarantee They won t respond so that goes out the window You will be left with a product that is essentially useless and no way of getting your money back The scales are totally inaccurate and the app just doesn t work

Ordered a month ago tried to cancel hasn t even left facility

Ordered a month ago Tried to cancel when they said delivery would be delayed They said it was too difficult to cancel at that point I disagreed and told them to cancel and refund my money They created a shipping label a few days later Tracking shows it still hasn t been picked up from their facility They have over 590 BBB complaints I added to them today

Not worth the money

First of all I received two sets of scales that didn t even work Third set did but now the app won t function I ve managed 4 weigh ins but now there s no option to weigh in and collect data unless I subscribe to the app I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before I purchased this useless set of scales

Not smart at all

Got the scales about a year ago worked fine until December when they updated the app and made it all completely useless Without the app functioning they re just an ordinary set of scales not smart Save your money

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service I ordered my Fittrack scale over 6 weeks ago to be given as a Christmas gift The website stated shipping within 3-5 days I still haven t received it I emailed and they said it was on the way but the tracking showed it a shipping label has been generated but not picked up by UPS They didn t even have the decency to respond with the truth

Without paid app subscription it s a dud

Shifty advertising Be aware that without paying the app subscription of over 100AUD annually your scales will NOT do any of the things you have purchased it for except weigh you like any basic scale I used the app without subscribing and the app would not detect the scales so I could see no data The minute I agreed to a trial subscription of the full app it could magically detect the scales so I could then access the information Don t bother trying to set it up without subscribing to the full app

App is glitchy and haven t even received my order yet Not very good customer service They will ask you to download multiple shipment tracking apps before they even ship the order Their fulfillment services are lacking big time

Same as others experience Ordered and no mention of shipping delays Two weeks later received email of high volume and shipping delays I sent an email to cancel the order and refund my money and received a shipping notification the next day and an email that said it was too late to cancel with the order in process The shipping label is still sitting on USPS site with no package or shipment It has been 2 weeks since the shipping label was created and the company still refuses to cancel the order Total scam
