Perfect customer service

I placed an order for 2x custom mirrors I queried the delivery date with staff and Rosa got in touch with me within a couple of hours to advise that the courier had broken the mirrors but not told me or Fitted Mirrors Glass At this point I thought I was going to have to wait a long time for a replacement but Rosa sorted it in minutes She advised that they would re-make the mirrors that day and get them to me on a van with one of their members of staff Tony delivered the mirrors all the way from London to North Wales within that 48 hour window and both Rosa Tony we really friendly and polite and I can t stress how good their customer service is You won t be disappointed Thank you again

This company s customer service was amazing They managed to get my large made to measure mirror manufactured and delivered in less than two days to fit me in before the bank holiday The mirror was packed extremely well and the quality of the mirror was extremely good Will 100 be ordering from these again

Fitted Mirrors are absolutely amazing

Fitted Mirrors have been absolutely flawless A mirror I ordered and self fitted cracked which was my fault and I requested a resupply and asked if they could help with a discount James called me immediately and discussed the issue and the company have very kindly offered to resupply for a very small amount I was expecting to have to pay full price again but they were sympathetic to the situation and incredibly helpful and very friendly Their customer service and response are 100 BRILLIANT Why can t other companies just be human I highly recommend this company Great products friendly and fast turnaround Thank you FM G

Great experience and beautiful bespoke mirrors

We had a brilliant experience with FMG I was after 3 unusually-shaped bespoke mirrors with antique glass I was able to visit the FMG workshop so I could see the antique finishes and they gave me samples so I could check them in my room Following this the team produced three perfect mirrors from a really basic messy sketch I made They were exactly what I was looking for and it s so nice to have unique bespoke mirrors in our room They communicated with us and delivered very efficiently and were very friendly and nice to deal with throughout the process
