Left outside and delivered late

Mirrors were delivered late When they were delivered they were left propped up outside the property unsigned for

Unfortunately the delivery firm you use APC failed to deliver not only by the time that was stipulated on their email but failed to deliver at all Despite 3 phones I received no answers to where your parcel was I would consider looking else where to handle your deliveries

Mirror appears good quality and looks great on the bathroom wall Problems arose with delivery company not delivering when they emailed they would One wasted day sitting at home waiting Then delivery company pretending first shipment was damaged so replacement had to be sent This I am informed is not true Driver just failed to deliver on time Maybe a change of courier might prevent future problems

Unfortunately although my order had the right address on it the items were addressed to the wrong house The right postcode but out of three houses within that code they put in the wrong one This created a number of problems as the items are heavy On the plus front the young lady I spoke to regarding this was very helpful and did her very best to try to rectify the matter She was extremely polite and although in the end I had to organise transfer of the items myself it was not through lack of trying on her behalf I just feel that checking the name of a house is pretty basic when posting items out

Poor start but great end result

A mix up meant that my contact details went out with the wrong order to start with I followed the instructions on the website for measurements and left ample room to ensure that the mirror would fit but unfortunately it came oversized so I had a lot of work taking apart the wardrobes and dresser to make it fit but on the polar side it is now a seamless fit

Delivery Note

Pros My mirror arrived intact and is absolutely beautiful It s exactly how I wanted it in terms of size and quality Cons I wasn t in to receive the parcel so it was left for me as requested but the invoice which states the price I paid for the mirror as well as my full billing address and some credit card details was left out in the open for all to see this is not at all professional or safe as I would rather my clients did not see the cost or my address To prevent such information getting into the wrong hands I would advise that you leave any delivery notes or invoices in a sealed envelope addressed to the customer for basic privacy
