Commande OL-210094566This company is a shamblesThis company is a shambles and arrogant and DO NOT TRUSTI have made an order at just under 1000 I have an e-mail saying the goods are dispatched I have waited over two weeks No goods Every attempt via the chat results in the same generic reply we will contact the courier They cut you short and have no intention of dealing with the issues correctly I think they just take orders and have everything sent by the third party and have no control whatsoever I would be very very cautious of this company I will now engage a lawyer as it is not the first time in France I have been conned This company is a disgrace and it is so unfortunate I have come to this conclusion as I was due to spend thousands of euros with them

I ve bought 3x lots of 2x empty tool
I ve bought 3x lots of 2x empty tool boxes each from dewalt They only sent me 3x boxes from tools alright nothing stated on purchase that will actualy been from tools They deglued the stickers from the boxes and spread it allover so much for new boxes On delivery i specifically asked the driver where is the rest of my order he said that s all No signature require wth Avoid at all cost this company not worth wory time and money

You better give your money to charity than buy from this fraud company You orders last months to arrive used products instead of new half of order received half lied for months that was sent in other delivery which magically turn in misunderstanding sorry crap so on Don t bother call them they will repond aggressively blaming you the more you call the wors it get They cannot track their own delivery so good luck They will call you if you post bad reviews wth making them even more aggressive and delay your delivery In the end when settle for a free return they scam you sending the rest of the delivery just after that day blocking you couple of weeks again Eventually will keep half of you money for delivery wth Was lucky to loose only 50 euros Their rating is way off half of star maybe Don t waste your money Let s hope they bankrupt and save customers of headaches Netherlands are full of such scam companies be aware check reviews carefully before purchasing there Good luck

J ai deux experience different sur Fixami Le premier tait terrible avec une machine perdu sur trois et aucune r ponse quand elle va arriver finalement apr s mon mauvaise avis sur Trustpilot la machine est arriv e Mais j ai tait oblig e de commande la deuxi me fois car au niveau de gamme et prix sur Milwaukee il y a pas d autre magasin Et je regrette pas livraison rapide tout les machine bien en place et d ailleurs troisi me commande nickel aussi Bon le service rapide et efficace
