Refused to honour a warranty accused me of lying
I bought a very expensive coat 2 years ago from John Lewis Just within the warranty the seam of the pocket came apart and caused a small tear as I was putting the item on I contacted John Lewis who insisted I make a warranty claim through Fjallraven In turn Fjallraven dismissed my claim as it looks like it was caught on something I repeatedly assured them that no such event had happened and have had literally ZERO response in 5 months despite repeated chasing

Horrible company that doesn t stand by
Horrible company that doesn t stand by their products I should mention this is the first time I ve made a purchase with this company and all of my field biologist friends strongly recommended not to because they have horrible customer service Which I have now also experienced I purchased Keb trousers online and they completely fell apart during my first hour of wear I contacted them and they said I have to return them to a store the closest store to me is about a 16hr drive across two provinces They finally agreed to exchange my pants they won t do returns if the product is worn and tags removed and they lost the package and claimed I never sent it to them Thankfully I kept my tracking info and can prove that these were shipped and delivered 2 months ago It s been over 4 months of trying to get pants and I still have yet to receive my exchange Shop at patagonia or northface instead

I ve ordered twice in the last two months The first order I purchased 2 and YES 2 card holders I received 1 I immediately emailed Fjallraven to sort it out about 6 days later I got an email to let me know they were doing me a ONE TIME courtesy and send the second one out to me I kinda chuckled to myself and said well that s nice of you actually sending me WHAT I PAID FOR I figured it was a one off so 2 weeks ago I ordered the Greenland shoulder bag in deep forest which is hard to find apart from Fjallravens online store They shipped it immediately but guess what I still don t have the bag It arrived in Seattle a week ago no updates since then Now yes I live in Alaska but I live in a nice house not an igloo and we have all services the lower 48 has so ridiculously long shipping shouldn t be a thing Honestly I will never purchase from the Fjallraven online store again I will scour the internet first

Overpriced bag arrived with a large
Overpriced bag arrived with a large obvious scuff mark on it that doesn t come off Why did I pay 100 for a bag that s already messed up It also came packaged in a thin plastic bag and was completely squished and wrinkled and this material doesn t de-wrinkle So the bag essentially looks dirty and worn but is brand new Also made in Vietnam so yet another company capitalizing off outsourcing poor people while charging outrageous prices for their product

Believe the reviews I always liked fjallraven gear I ve always bought it through a 3rd party though This time I went direct big mistake Order number isn t recognised Tracking number isn t recognised Still waiting for my order so I emailed as a reply and on their website To date they haven t even replied No idea if I ll ever get my order or not Last time I ll buy anything by this company Very disappointing
