i m writing this review on behalf of my dad who was really happy with the customer service he received from melody he is not very good with computers and miss melody stayed on the phone with him for nearly an hour helping him with his no claims bonus letter and printing his documents she was very patient and soft spoken with him and he was touched by her kindness and wanted to say thank you and that he is very happy with the customer service
