I always spend time getting quotes for insurance renewals When Ellie rang about the renewal it was higher than I had anticipated so I looked at new quotes to get ideas about options I thought I had found one but after extended discussion with Ellie and further investigation I decided to stay with ThinkInsurance despite the increase The reason Cheap insurance doesn t always mean good insurance The main issue with the cheaper options was the lack of support and delay when making a claim It s worth the extra to have the satisfaction that a claim will be dealt with speedily Thanks Ellie for your patience and comprehensive input into the renewal process Ken

A fantastic experience right from the start for my son s first car insurance They understood my worries concerns and helped with all the different options The renewal process was also great and helped with data via the self fit black box All the team were fantastic especially Ellie and Demi
