This was my first time leasing a car so you have all of those unknowns of what happens now when will it be delivered what happens if something goes wrong etc The Fleet Sauce team especially credit to Luke took the whole anxiety of the unknown away and just handled everything with pure expertise Post order you get handled by a dedicated handling agent - Luke in my case I found him very knowledgeable friendly and professional He gave very detailed and accurate answers flowing off the top of his head when asked especially about what type of chargers and the charging point installation installers I got numerous calls and updates via emails from them after the process had started keeping me up to date with everything happening Then literally within an hour of the car being delivered I got a call from Luke asking how the delivery was and was there were any issues with the delivery and the mileage on the car Customer service after purchase on this to me set FleetSauce apart A great experience for a leasing newbie
