Perfect experience

I rented a car through Zest with Leasys at Palma airport for an amazing price Pick-up our flight was almost 3 hours late thanks Ryanair but this wasn t an issue for Leasys We got the shuttle to their car park and went into the office The staff there were super friendly and explained everything in detail and everything was as described by Zest They blocked 2000 on my credit card as described in the terms and conditions I agreed to when booking so I didn t have to pay any extra insurance as I already had mine Car we got a brand new Peugeot 3008 GT with just 3km in the dashboard I was the one to peel the protective film off the display Drop-off we filled up the tank again and returned to the Leasys car park We parked the car in the return lanes and went into the office A friendly staff came out with me we walked around the car checked the fuel and that was it He confirmed everything was ok and we were invited in the shuttle to take us back to the airport By the time we arrived there the 2000 were unblocked on my credit card No one tried anything dodgy no one tried to push any nonsense and every one of their staff was friendly and polite There were no hidden costs or charges Overall this was a perfect experience and we ll definitely book with Leasys again in the future As with any car hire company make sure you read the terms and conditions and that you are happy with them before booking

Very smooth experience no problems at all After comparing through many car rental companies and reading all the fine print I decided to pick Leasys Rent for my trip to Italy last September I picked up a brand new Fiat Panda at the Fiumicino Airport in Rome The guy at the counter was very professional and spoke perfect English They gave us the car even though it was a bit earlier than our reserved pickup time The tank was full the car was clean and we had absolutely no problems during our trip They charged exactly the price of the reservation no hidden extra charges at all I returned the car in the same condition and with the tank full I dropped it off at the Ciampino airport and they didn t charge the One-Way fee because it s the same city There were absolutely no extra charges in the following days I m frankly very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of this company which is very hard to find in this car rental industry So I give them 5 out of 5 and looking forward to rent again with them in my next trip to Italy Excellent service Absolutely recommended
