This has been one of the worst purchases in my life so far The delivery company just drops the packages on your building s front-door and you have to carry everything yourself In my case I had to carry a total of three packages up 4 floors two of those packages were 26kg Carrying all of these heavy packages by myself I ended up injuring my wrist in the process and can barely use it anymore Contacting customer support is useless and they don t do anything I d never buy anything from Flexispot again and I am definitely telling everyone I know to stay away from you Companies that don t take care of their customers don t deserve to survive

Wrong shipment barely existing support
Worst experience with an online shop so far Wrong standing desk frame was shipped by the company black instead of white After trying to get in contact and trying to solve the problem with support for weeks and getting almost nowhere they expected me to pay for the return shipment which due to the heaviness and international shippment comes close to an entirely new desk I advise you to stay away from this company

it wobbles
It has very poor flexibility In the standing position it wobbles I have doubled checked all the screws just to be sure before contacting the customer care In the end I had to contact customer care and their reply was very disappointing I was told that wobbling is normal If you are not satisfied with the product then you can return it However their website claims that unlike other brands our table doesn t wobble

Faulty frames and lack of communication
I ordered a desk frame and a desk top on December 16th They both were in stock for over two weeks after the order and both were charged the day I ordered One month later I hadn t received my order and i requested an update They told me the top wasn t in stock anymore and I requested a refund of the top and to send only the frame It arrived 1 week later and worked for a few hours bu then stopped They sent me a replacement that worked for 3 days and stopped I requested a refund of the frame and also reminded them to refund the top since it s been almost 1 month since they said they would Moreover they sent a promo mail to put good reviews on trustpilot in order to win a promo code for a desk chair not a good sign and they review reviews on their website and every review on the ED2 frame is magically a 5 star review I don t recommend them While the order was made on the French website the article was in stock in all European websites of the company So it s relevant for the part of my review on the stock not being updated for two weeks Beside all of this a sales person from California not France contacted me and suggested that I should accept compensation and delete my review It shows a lack of transparency of the company

Good product but overall bad experience over time
Company refuses to repair or provide assistance for spare parts to repair one of their device I guess I ll see you in 2026 when the law passes in Europe and you have obligation to repair or provide spare parts for what you sell Other than that close to 600 bucks for 2 years of use I d suggest you get a gym membership instead Things won t break that easy in there
