After a couple of weeks the display showed an error for which I could not find a discription online I sent an e-mail to the support team which replied within a couple of hours The problem was solved with the provided information Thanks for the great customer support

I bought BS12 Pro Office Chair for my home-office setup I really liked the mechanics and quality There was an issue but the support team solved it very quickly and friendly I definitely recommend the brand My next purchase will be one of their desks

Had a broken faulty component motor on my desk and right after my purchase a sale on the product went live The support reimbursed the difference in cost helped me quickly with my product and sent an express delivery with a replacement free of charge All done in a few days The replacement works perfectly All in all very pleasant interaction with support staff and fast help

I recently purchased the E5Q from Flexispot and although I haven t unpacked or assembled it yet I must commend their exceptional customer service Throughout the process they were incredibly helpful and forthcoming providing a sense of calm and reassurance Despite a minor hiccup with tracking their prompt and positive responses were always reassuring They even went the extra mile to refund me the price difference saving me the hassle of returning and repurchasing Highly recommended
