Lynette was so helpful and always ready to answer my random question Even though she was in Paarl and I m in Johannesburg she replied quickly She emailed me on 25July and we were booked and paid by 01Aug She made this experience wonderful this is our first out of our comfort zone holiday

Schermiel was our travel agent and I hope anyone looking for great customer experience dials and she answers She s been the greatest in assisting us on planning our first international trip as the man that was in charge of planning the entire trip or so they all thought she was the true reason behind our successful trip Professional to the very end helpful kind and oh so patient as I had 100000 different questions all leading up to the day of the trip and even during it Always in contact always reassuring What a great employee you have there someone that truly loves her job

Lee Ziervogel You are amazing

The help and advice I got from Lee Ziervogel from Flight Centre Office Stellenbosch was really excellent He helped to get an e visa within minutes so that I could board my flight to Istanbul en route to Mongolia Lee is courteous and patient and very knowledgable He is trustworthy and keeps to his word I am definitely going to use him as my travel advisor in future Thank you Lee Bless you
