I have used Flints twice before for my own house sales However this one was slightly different in that i was selling it as POA They guided me through the whole process and gave me regular updates on the progress of the sale

Contentious Probate Issue

Sundeep took over our contentious probate case from a more experienced colleague who was leaving Flint Bishop Despite her relative inexperience Sundeep quickly realised that the issues involved were complicated and recommended we seek counsel opinion early which we did Counsel confirmed that there was a case to answer but also that there was little case law to support us and the prospect of a positive outcome was slim We could not afford a protracted period of litigation and so accepted one of Sundeep s options to withdraw
