The ability to contact anyone from flogas is impossible The main office number is constantly engaged no matter what time of day or day of the week you ringThe area manager is extremely overstretched does not return calls in a timely mannerWe were told that the tank would be delivered between 8 30 9 30am - it was almost noon before they arrived we we re paying a guy to fill the hole by the hour from 8 30 We just hope this isn t a reflection of future customer service

Despite two email advices and numerous delivery dates being promised on my online account I am still waiting for my bulk LPG delivery Tried calling at 3 30pm just to get a recording saying the office is closed no mention of when they WILL be open or nothing regarding xmas times on their website If i run out of gas i will not be happy

The installation team were quite unhelpful One of the three members of the team were also smoking during the transition of the ground gas tank and when my husband who was taking photos of the process just for our records the man shouted don t take photos I ll loose my job Not very professional at all and not a great start to our new contract with yourselves

Whilst flogas deliveries are ok I take exception to the continued addition of a 70 per propane delivery this I was assured was a precaution whilst prices were volatile last year Now it seems to have become an additional source of profit Plus tank rentals have increased to 100 per year Great news for pensioners living in the countryside

My experience with Flogas as a new customer has been so poor Engineers failing to turn up on scheduled dates times on multiple occasions Having to then wait to speak to a designated team member who was only available on Tuesdays Trying to get through on the telephone is virtually impossible Just so poor

Flogas are far from customer friendly They do everything to avoid access to their higher Management We have to chase for deliveries of gas even though they monitor the gas level On the last required delivery they cancelled twice on their own deliveries schedule We realised that our direct debits wasn t quite right so phoned them to up the payment yet customer service wanted me to pay off the out standing amount or we had to practically pay double the existing direct debit I said this was ridiculous but the guy wouldn t listen and told me his offer was as stated When challenged on the under payment he stated that they only looked at payments once a year in February So if I had not noticed the underpayment no one would realise until next February Such a dated Company their technical expertise is non existent and unless their top Management get to grip with the organisation they will fail as a Company

been ordering gas cylinders for 2 3 years now up to now an easy experience yesterday found a new complex set of pages on the website whoever built it has no sales idea at all I only wanted to buy a 47kg cylinder 100 it took me half hour to go through the process at their shop incredabley bad very over engineered if it aint broke dont try and mend it

Tried to use existing account but doesn t exist Tried setting up a new account but wouldn t accept email address Did accept existing account number but wouldn t complete order Ended up setting up a new account under a different email address Very frustrating and should be so much easier

At no point during my order could I find any information about when to expect my delivery Next day delivery Does it take a week to deliver Nothing I started the checkout process assuming that at some point I might get any delivery information but no Not during checkout and not anywhere else on their website It feels like ordering from them was a mistake - especially given the high prices they charge for gas and the bottle

1st flogas add a delivery charge Now not content with that charge have now added a so called volatillty surcharge to rip customers off with while lining there own share holders pockets LPG prices are falling but still being charged an extra volatillty surcharge of 14 81 on 3 gas bottle refills
