Easy Switch

Just completed our switch from Calor Apart from it being a saving of 30 it was a completely troublefree and seamless move I had a simple quote in 24 hours and sent a couple of photos of my tank and access and that was it As pensioners this has been a lifesaver as we struggled with no help from Calor with an astronomical rate we didn t need to have Many thanks Andrew

The company is always reliable in giving delivery dates it always follows The person delivering the gas cylinder Lee Bogan was hugely helpful He was polite from the moment he brought the replacement He asked where it was to go and would I like him to put the cylinder into the heater Throughout he maintained an interesting conversation He also was polite in greeting and asking was there any else he could do Excellent thank you

Super helpful polite and patient

When I contacted them via Phone I asked for addresses to locate 13kg cylinders of butane that were the nearest to me and they gave me three different addresses and they weren t even 20 minutes away from me They gave me a postcode for each address and each shop name which I found very helpful and managed to get prices in two of the three locations I m super happy I can t believe it It s the easiest experience I ve ever had locating anything
